True or false all dogs become aggressive when muzzled, when normally they are not..aggressive?

-Friend told me that but I have no experience muzzling a dog, thinking about doing it to two dogs until they learn to trust each other...False, not "ALL" dogs become aggressive no matter what you do to them.

Dogs are just like people. They either like someone or they don't. You can't force people to like each other and you can't force dogs to like each other.UTTERLY FALSE. Personally, I wish there were laws requiring all dogs to be muzzled in public. It would prevent a lot of injuries and save lives of dogs who are now considered unadoptable or undesirable because of a history of biting.
Some dogs don't like muzzles, and may be scared when forced to wear one if the handler goes about introducing the muzzle in the wrong way. In bad circumstances, or with a very fearful/aggressive dog, I suppose it could happen, yes.

The key is making wearing the muzzle a positive experience for the dog through reward.

Muzzling a dog is not a good way to introduce 2 dogs. If you have 2 dogs you aren't sure of, you need another person with you to help you and you have to be really, really good at reading dogs' body language.
