Can goldfish and bettas survive two weeks without food?

-I am going on vacation for two weeks... is that period too long? I have taken one week vacations before and they were fine. They are both in good condition, I've had the goldfish for six years and betta for one. Should I buy an automatic feeder?Yes.

But for the goldfish bye an automatic feeder just to be safe, but Im 80 percent shure, he will be fine.Bettas can go longer without food, but goldfish should have food daily.

Instead of not feeding them food, you can buy food tables that will feed your fish while your gone.

They have them for bettas and goldfish, you can buy them at local petstores.

Don't buy a feeding block. Those foul the water very fast and most fish don't eat them.

They can go a week no problem like you said.

Personally it's up to you. They should be ok for 2 weeks but if it were me I'd just buy a couple automatic feeders to feed them every other day or so.

They can go without food for a while..maybe a month or so. But I wouldn't chance it myself.
