-I got a baby bunny 2 weeks ago so she's now about 8-9 weeks. I let her out in the morning to hop around my bunny proof home. She dose binkys and looks like she's having fun. She dosnt run from you, sometimes she will even hop in the other room with you or jump in my lap for a moment when I'm sitting on the couch. Is she happy? It's only Ben 2 weeks. How do I make her see I'm her safe place and best friend? Thanks guys!!!!!She is clearly already feeling safe. If she wasn't you would be finding her hunkering down in the back of her cage. If she is jumping up onto the couch to jump on top your lap she is already comfortable with you. Just keep doing what you are doing sounds like she is just loving life. Trust me they are having fun when they are binkying. Dancing bunnies are happy bunnies.She doesn't need a safe place or a best friend. She needs an intelligent well informed owner who will feed her correctly, give her enough time and space to exercise, teach her some tricks to exercise her brain, help her learn to use her litter box and keep her safe from other animals and idiot people. The fact that she seems secure and is friendly to you and trusts you is all the bonus you get from rabbits.
Of course shes happy. Jst make sure u feed her right n let her het 2-3 hrs of exccersice
