Did you know that Mexicans and Dominicans do that to? Anyone can eat dog. Not just asians. So, don't think that only asians eat dog. And, you're basically asking, why does people eat bacon and chicken.

Because meat is meat and that's what they do in THEIR culture. Maybe they think we're weird because we eat frog legs.
